Server management course

hello looking at doing a server manager or general server course with a qualification of some sort, currently try and mange server2012 and 2008r2 anyone any advice or recommendations?

I've found microsoft's server courses can be pretty good (we use qa) although I wouldn't even send our apprentice on the most basic ones (410 and 411) we started him on the advanced module (412) so he could get the MCSA certification afterwards. Almost everything on the other two is much more pick-up-able just doing normal day-to-day stauff

 

Reminds me that I really need to organise myself to take the last two exams I need for MCSE 2012
