Smart NoteBook - Timer is making files corrupt

Hi,

 

Whenever creating files to present to class, slides with the timer on are corrupt and won't work unless the timer is removed? The file isn't corrupted straight after I save it, but a few days down the line when trying to present it to the class, that is when it plays up.

Our staff are also having issues with timers within SMART Notebook 11.4 (can’t afford 11.5!)

 

Is there anyone else having the same issue, I'm guessing it’s because flash has been updated several times since 11.4 was created and therefore no longer compatible?

I vaguely recall a similar problem in our classrooms. I believe the timer uses Flash. Ever since we updated everything to Smart Notebook 11.4 and a newer version of Flash Player (13+?), the problem hasn't returned.
