Exchange 2003 POP3 & SMTP

We have a Exchange 2003 server, we want to setup POP3 and SMTP so that users can access their e-mails through Outlook Express and not OWA.

 

Is there any documentation out there on how to do this?

You just have to go into services then enable something like Exchange SMTP, Exchange POP3, IMAP etc... Just set them to enabled then starting them worked for me
