3D Printing afterschool club

Me and a Year 1 teacher are starting up a 3D Printing club for children afterschool, the printer we have is an Weistek ideawerk 3D Printer, were going to be using Google Sketchup to create the designs and was wondering if anyone has a similar club their running or perhaps some ideas on what the children could design and make.

 

The children will be selected from Year 4 to begin with so nothing too complicated?
