Samsung ML-2855ND Firmware won't update

Hello, We have a handful of Samsung ML-2855ND Printers in school. We are wanting to put the latest firmware on to fix an issue we are having with the new Universal drivers. The problem is the printers will not update. I've tried via USB and Network using the "Samsung Firmware Update Utility" and firmware (V1.01.10.39) direct from their website and i've also tried doing it through the web GUI. The firmware is updated to the printer, but then doesn't install it just sits there and does nothing. I've even tried running the program as administrator. After 10 minutes or so I restart the printer and it loads up as before with the same firmware and settings. I've also noticed that the Samsung software detects the printer as a ML-2856 for each of the printers. I'm sure it's just because it uses the same firmware version as that printer but just thought I would mention that too. Anyone else experienced the same problem or something similiar?
