Owncloud 8

Hi All I am new here and I hope that someone might be able to help. We are looking at having a single cloud storage that we host that will allow users of Mac's Windows 8 PC's and iPads to be able to access and as such are looking at: Owncloud Enterprise. I have had a look at the demo and am having issues as I don't know linux and therefore having a few problems trying to add an extra network card to it. The Demo can in the form of a prebuilt appliance for VMWare. I have tried to contact their sales or general info. I have even tried to call the German phone line all with no luck.

 

Does anyone on here have any experience of the latest version for enterprise and their support? We do not want to go down this route if the support is lacking.
