Wii U DLC - How do you get it?

We have Sonic Lost Worlds (on disk) and there is supposed to be a raft of DLC (for free) available via the eShop, however we can't see any there aprt from trailers for said content.

Now, most of this has been available for over a year or so now and we would very much like to grab the extra levels and ods.

Has anyone grabbed these, and if you have please tell me how!
