Replicate the below config on HP ProCurve 2920

Hi guys, wonder if anyone can help.

I am replacing an ancient Cisco switch with a HP ProCurve 2920

I have done most of the config but struggling with the differing proprietary commands for a few of the settings on the HP.

 

I have just 2 vlans setup and need to replicate the below config on the new HP switch (have grabbed the section of config from the existing Cisco switch):

 

spanning-tree mode pvst

no spanning-tree optimize bpdu transmission

spanning-tree extend system-id

HP switches, you can do most in the config menu especially the spanning tree stuff. Set your VLANS there and tag your ports and away you go

Backup your HP config and you can restore it to new switches when you get them [emoji3] as a good starting point that is
