Impero - Folders & Programs don't come into view

Does anyone else experience this?

 

If Windows are closed, they can't be opened up again? For example if I connect to a Server through Impero and open up a folder on the C: drive and minimise it, if I then click the taskbar to open the folder again, it doesn't appear? It does it with BackupExec too. That can be minimised and it refuses to show the dashboard.

I've not seen or heard that before but if you call support, they can remote in and run some tests to try and help.
