Error 1325. repository is not a valid short file name

hi Experts,

 

I need some help here. We are installing a vendor app called ACL Audit Exchange on a WIN 2008 server. We have tested in several machines, and only on 1 server we are seeing the following error.

 

Error 1325. repository is not a valid short file name

 

 

I looked further in the installation logs and seeing the following:
