We are in the process of strengthening our IT Services team and have developed an exciting new role which would suit a talented and committed Network Services Manager who has a ‘hands-on’ approach to their work. The appointed candidate will be a key member of the IT Services Team and enjoy a very varied role.

 

Tasks will include everything from providing classroom support, to developing and maintaining the applications and network services provided to the school. The appointed candidate will be responsible for the schools Management Information System (iSAMS), the VLE (Firefly), and the data held within these systems, which includes reporting. In addition, the selected candidate will help develop the IT service, and will be responsible for the IT helpdesk, designing and implementing ITIL based processes, along with managing and maintaining all of the schools applications.

 

We are looking to appoint a candidate who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple requests, and who has the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and students with differing levels of IT skills.
