Admin username and password not allowing network drive access

Hi All ,

 

We have a 2008 R2 machine thats basically just a file storage box away from our curric server. We have our SLT files on this r 2machine and all has been running ok. Friday 13th arrived and slt cant access the network drives . Ive used ADMIN rights but even this wont allow access to the network drives. I can login on the server with no issues . I tried creating a new file share tried to connect to it on a pc and admin username and password wont authenticate. I tried to login in remotely jst to see whether i could and again admin rights wont authenticate and allow access .

Any ideas anyone ?????????????????????
