Dell Tape Library - Backup Exec 2014 - Tape Info not populating from printed barcodes

Ive used an online barcode label maker to print some barcodes for our latest batch of Dell LTO5 media.

 

Both the dell tape drive and Backup Exec 2014 read the labels and display the name, but Backup Exec isnt able to determine the type of media and just showing Unknown Media

 

This is the first time IVe swapped out the tapes since upgrading to 2014 so Im not sure if its an issue with the Barcodees themselves or a Backup Exec 2014 issue.

 

Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
