Hi,

Our entire site is running Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11. Generally we have no issues but one issue has manifested itself today. On one of our machines if any user tries to use IE11 it just won't display any webpages, all the proxies etc are set correctly and if we open up Chrome on the same PC everything works happily. If we go into the advanced tab and choose reset settings log out and log back in it works fine until the next restart when it stops and has to be reset again.

We also periodically have issues whereby IE11 has everything greyed out and we have to remove a registry key for the logged on user and then it starts working again but it is completely random. The first issue at the moment is only present on one PC.

We have also tried re-imaging the PC and re-installing IE11 but there is no change.

I've had issues before with IE11, caused by using GPU rendering (Internet Options -> Advanced -> Accelerated Graphics) on certain machines. The issue is no longer appears when the 'Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering' option is ticked.

Thanks for your reply. I have just tried this and there is no change. I have retested on the machine and the only use it seems to work on is local admin. Any other user has to log on and reset the settings before it lets them use it. I have even logged in as a domain admin and it still doesn't work :/
