SIMs Individual Report Upload Issue

Hi There,

 

We have an issue with our individual reports, we have a graph on our reports and it doesn't seem to work when we upload the reports to the student's profiles.

 

The result is the graph is incorrect and we need to run the report for each student if a copy is required.

 

Has anyone else had this problem and were you able to resolve it?

I would get this logged with your support team.

 

I have seen a similar issue, when you use the Display Marks routine and try to print out the reports. You can't do them all at once, because it creates a temporary file on the local machine and each report printed uses the first or last graph, i can't remember which. It sounds like it's doing something similar. It must need to generate the files locally before uploading.

 

At the time our solution was to print them one student at a time, which is not practical. I did manage to write a vbscript to do it, but it was still far from ideal.
