[sims] Cover - Academic Year Report

Hi everyone

 

I need to print a report for the academic year to date with cover information, just for auditable cover history for the file; is this possible? Can't see anything set up already but I may be looking in the wrong place! Any info gratefully received.

Found it! Tools/Cover/Stats. Though I cannot find out how many sessions *had* to be covered, but I added up all the cover totals. Thanks

What level of detail do you need?

Try Tools | Cover | Statistics

Or also impact summaries are useful.

There was a thread on it here, with some help, but that's the main source. Not sure if it will still work.

It still works for us, our Personnel people love it, and I mean LOVE IT!!!! he did a tweak just for us when we started using it as your year groups where sets as 07, 08 and 09 and not 7, 8 and 9 to make the reports work. I cannot fault it, and we even tweaked the SIMS report to take out training absences that were in wrong place back then. It is an invaluable tool for us.
