[SIMS] - Spanish GCSE Missing from Category Tree - Assessment Manager

Hi,

I am in the process of building some KS4 marksheets and have come across a problem while building the aspects for each subject. I'm currently creating the suite of aspects for GCSE Spanish, but when it comes to assigning Spanish (GCSEF) to each aspect from the Categories section (i.e. from the category tree), it appears to be missing.

I've checked Course Manager and Spanish (GCSEF) is showing up fine there and has an 'active' status. Anyone know how I can get it to show up in the category tree when creating aspects? I'm at a complete loss here! Been trying everything for the past hour, to no avail.

See attached screenshot to get a better idea of what I mean.

Thank you in advance!

Those categories aren't actually generated by SIMS, it's a manual task to maintain them.

Go to "Tools > Performance > Categories" and you can edit them from there :)

I'm not sure that is a built-in dynamic list, i.e. it's not populated automatically from curriculum. You seem to have way more groups (Category Types) than i do.

So go to Tools | Performance | Assessment | Category and make what you want. It's been a long time, but i built one called Reports to categorise whether they were first term, second term etc. You seem to have one for Aspect type there.. it must have been done manually.

EDIT: Doh! too late.
