Adobe Air Issues

Hi everyone! I am currently trying to install a program called Balsamiq Mockups into a room that we have just refurbished. The program has been scripted and was deployed via MDT, I've been testing it to make sure it works; it works fine on an admin account and teaching account however when running it on a student account I get this error: "Adobe Air. The application descriptor could not be found for this application. Try re-installing or contacting the publisher for assistance."

 

I have tried uninstalling and re installing the latest adobe air and I am still getting the issues, I have also tested it on a completely different computer in a different room on a student account and it weirdly works fine...

 

Has anyone else had these issues? If so help!
