Mini R56 Radio Upgrade

Hi, I have an 07 R56 Mini Cooper and I would like to upgrade the radio to enable me to have USB and bluetooth as I only currently have aux out. I have brought the retrofit kit from minigenuineparts but was wondering if I should just upgrade the whole radio.

 

What is the best option?

 

Where can I get an upgraded radio from?

 

I know that the retrofit kit doesnt include bluetooth what options are there for this?

 

Probably hard question but should I have all the cables on the existing radio to fit the retrofit kit as I know removing all the trim to fit the retrofit kit is a long job so I dont want to do it all only to find that I am missing bits?
