SIMS: Trouble applying November upgrade

hi all anyone got any clues I keep getting an error message when trying to download November Upgrade see image

The SIMS upgrade utility can't find the server it's supposed to be downloading the file from. This rather implies a problem with DNS of some kind (is the SIMS install somehow trying to use a different DNS server?). You could try adding the server name and IP address to your hosts file.
