NetSupport Notify Send Problem

Hi

 

We had v2 of Notify running on a Win 2k3 server with no problem. We made that server redundant and installed v3 on a 'blank' 2k8 R2 server but cannot get it to run. Netsupport have remoted in even our County IT team have talked to Netsupport and tweaked or Smoothwall but to no effect. The console loads OK and sees the server but cannot send messages. It is the same if we try the console on the server! Has anyone else had this or similar problems and found a solution?
