[ms office - 2013] Excel 2013 AutoRecover

We use roaming profiles with appdata redirection, and out of everyone, one member of staff is determined to plague me with an error after resetting the profile a few times, and creating a complete new profile path. Although not completely stopping the functionality, it is somewhat annoying.

 

Any thoughts on how to prevent this from happening?

Has the user got enough unused space as part of their profile?

 

Have they got the rights to that dir to read and write?

This is what makes no sense, there is no difference between this user and the other 100+ roaming profiles...
