I have a VM that I want to connect to using RDP. I click on the settings and select printers and drives. I select the local C drive and also an inserted USB pen drive. When I connect I get the printers but not the drives?

Am I missing something?

What version of RDP are you using? On the PC in front of me there is a 'More' box in the 'Local Resources' tab which lets you tick the drive letters you want to map across.

That's what I have done. I have ticked the drives but when I connect they don't appear in the VM.

You have to enable local resource mapping on the server as well as on the client. I think that drive mapping is disabled by default.

Where can I do that?
