fiza Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 I have a VM that I want to connect to using RDP. I click on the settings and select printers and drives. I select the local C drive and also an inserted USB pen drive. When I connect I get the printers but not the drives? Am I missing something?
tmcd35 Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 What version of RDP are you using? On the PC in front of me there is a 'More' box in the 'Local Resources' tab which lets you tick the drive letters you want to map across. 1

I have ticked the drives but when I connect they don't appear in the VM.

tmcd35 Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 According to the help on the server in front of me, unless it is disabled through group policy, it should just work with those settings.
