Meraki MDM and ios app

We are having difficulties with some of the features on the meraki MDM, where we are unable to send messages or communicate with our ipads. The IOS app is installed. The GPS works ok and profiles are being pushed down. We have allowed meraki.com on our smoothwall.

 

Any idea's what would stop those functions? My next guess would be the firewall but what ports to unblock?

I had this and I'm pretty sure its fixed now, although may not help you depending on your environment.

 

In the Meraki we interface go to

 

Configure > General

 

Scroll down and change SSL message signing to Enabled.
