Gel insoles

This is rather bolting the stable door after the horse has bolted, but I am forward planning for next year.

 

Does anyone have any recommendations on gel insoles? My feet did pretty well through BETT, but they are still tender now... two days after we stopped!

Over here in the states they have machines in some big stores (walmart) where you stand on a machine and it "maps" your feet and recommends which insole to get. Not sure if they have them in the UK

Now that sounds promising. I shall be the other side of the pond later this year if I don't source something locally

plenty of places in London do the custom ones from what I am seeing, expect costs though.

Yeah, the cost was in my mind. That's where I was thinking of gel
