Any recommendations please for a reseller for Apple Remote Desktop?

KRCS is one avenue you can explore although I doubt if they can now 'sell' you a Installer media version of Apple Remote Desktop? I'd be surprised if anyone can now other than Apple themselves?

 

What you should be doing is buying it via Apple's App Store on OS X. Even if you were to get your hands on an installer media version the installer itself won't install easily on anything newer than Snow Leopard.
