Creo expired!

Afternoon,

Has anyone encountered Creo 2.0 expiring? Out the blue this has happened to us and their support seem to be behind a pay wall. Not expecting this at all.!

No working fine here, sure you licence server is working properly?

yes all fine. When you look at the licence.dat in notepad there is indeed an expiry date which was last Friday! They insist on email unless you have a support contract so A-Levels on hold until I hear back!

It is a bizarre setup, they give schools a free licence but if you want the full installations instructions, access to the knowledgebase or any support you have to jump through hoops.

I don't suppose you can just edit the dat file (after backing it up) and change the date to say 2018?
