[SIMS] Command Reporter won't open!

Hi,

 

I'm trying to access the Command Reporter utility that comes with SIMS, but each time I try to access it from C:\Program Files\SIMS\SIMS .net\CommandReporter.exe, the DOS window just flashes open and closes immediately.

 

Am I doing something wrong? Or is there another way of accessing it?

 

Any help would be appreciated!

It a command line utility, it does not have a graphical interface. If you open up command prompt or powershell CommandReporter.exe /? this will display the help information.

 

You need to create the report in sims like you normally do and then call it from commandreporter.

Thank you for getting back to me, Benjie. I've now managed to access it via DOS!

 

How do I call a report I've created?

 

(Sorry, I'm new to it! Is there any training material available online that I could refer to?)
