Smart notebook 11 - Smartink-SBSDKProxy has stopped working"

On startup on many of our Smart 11.4 installs the error messages pops up twice. after OK twice the software seems to run OK but it would be nice to remove this.

 

"Smartink-SBSDKProxy has stopped working"

 

I need smart advantage support to raise a support issue with them..

i think is's v. 2? is there a separate update to the one that comes wit the software?

Not that I'm aware of just a question, is smart ink on the default profiles startup folder?
