tech_guy Posted January 22, 2015 Posted January 22, 2015 (edited) Hi, we have just acquired a new badge making machine and it was bundled with the Trust ID Classic software. We can't get an activation code by using either the automatic or manual means of activation. So we're stuck atm with a 30 day trial. Using the automatic method tells us there was a problem connecting to the activation server, and using the manual method tells us the software could not be activated at this time - status=3 Tried to do it off site as well in case it was our proxy / firewall but encountered the same problems. Thought I'd post on here whilst waiting for a response from Trust ID Has anyone else had this issue? Edited January 22, 2015 by tech_guy
