RUCKUS - Fast Roaming

Hi,

 

I'm trying to use this setting on one of my WLANs and it seems to work okay for iPads, but when i have a Macbook Air try to connect it is asking for a username and password.

 

Fast BSS Transition

Enable 802.11r FT Roaming

(Recommended to enable 802.11k Neighbor-list Report for assistant.)

 

Has anyone else come across this?

 

Authentication is Open, Encryption is WPA2 and AES so it should only ask for a password.
