Storing student accomodation

For schools that bring in students that need accommodation (e.g. international), which MIS can store this information?

 

e.g. Details about each host family, how many rooms they offer, price of each room, household members etc..

Schools that do this need to be careful. As I remember, if the school arranges guardians, it needs to be registered as a children's home. All we do is to provide a list of guardian agencies plus AEGIS, and a requirement to have guardians. The guardians then go into the MIS as another adult contact for the pupil.

Agencies are useful to avoid a lot of admin work, but for those doing it all in house there needs to be a way to store this information.

 

I'm surprised that MIS's don't cater for this as it's common for overseas students to stay with local families rather than a hall of residence.
