I am currently testing Chrome and have hit a bit of a brick wall with restricting access to incognito browsing.

I have "incognito mode availability set to disabled" yet my test user can still successfully click new incognito window from the menu. Every other GPO I have set in this policy seems to be applying, just not this one. It's pretty much the last thing I want to restrict for these accounts before going live.

Anyone have any ideas?

Can't believe that as soon as I put this up I figured it out.

The incognito mode availability policy needs to be enabled, with incognito mode disabled selected from the subsequent dropdown. Talk about counter intuitive!
