Afternoon Guys,

Is there any easy way I'm missing like an idiot that you can force deployments and summarizations to run more often?

Seems there's always 100 computers roughly that are unknown status on all software, and can't believe these are always turned off as a large chunk are staff laptops, so wonder if it's just missing the "check" point, but want to make sure they aren't actually missing updates.

An example is one of our Windows Update groups has 102 Unknown still even though it's 2-3 months old package. No way that's correct in terms of it not actually ever having seen them lol

Thanks,

Steve

Yes, it's all under the Client Settings section of the Administration workspace. You can define how often the workstations check for deployments and compliance settings there.

The bit I don't get is it's set to update midday as I changed it originally to ensure clients on, and can't believe they haven't been online in well months at that time :( Unless I'm missing something obvious with it.

Guess I could ask them to update every few hours for a while to test it and see if it kicks in.

Thanks,

Steve
