Technical Service Desk Analyst – 2nd Line

School IT Systems Support - Herts for Learning Ltd.

Full time - permanent, 37 hours per week

Based in Stevenage. £17,255 - £22,330 p.a. (dependant on experience)

SITSS is a highly regarded schools' support team delivering Technical and Network support to more than 600 schools and children's centres in Hertfordshire and beyond. We are seeking to fill a vacant 2nd Line Technical Service Desk post which is based in our offices in Stevenage. You will be joining an enthusiastic team, with a strong commitment to delivering quality services, who have excellent relationships with their customers.

Applicants to the second line post must have, and be able to demonstrate, extensive technical and network knowledge and experience of troubleshooting within a server/client environment, along with excellent communication and problem solving skills. A technical assessment will take place at interview stage.
