CentraStage MDM Connection Issues

Hi guys,

This has been getting to me now for sometime and for love or money I have been unable to find the answers to my questions either from the LA or CentraStage themselves.

 

I am using or was planning on using the MDM element to manage the ipads we have however the thing never connects to the network in the building. I think it is an issue with the SWAN and firewall/proxy as when I take a device of the SWAN I get an instant connection. The guys at the LA have been great and checked the ports to make sure they aren't blocked but I still cant get this to work.

 

Has any one had any issues with CentraStage and connecting and if so how how how did you manage to work around it.
