SOLUS 3 Problem

Hi,

 

Has anyone else had this problem with SOLUS3 ?

 

We have had to rebuild a PC for another issue we are having with it.

Once the rebuild has finished, SOLUS 3 still thinks that the machine has the agent on it, so I cant remove and re-add it.

 

Anyone else getting this, we get it all the time and we have to log a case with Capita every time so they can run a SQL query.

I've noticed that in the past, if I remove the computer name from the agents list I have to close SOLUS and reopen it again for it to be shown as removed.

 

I can then usually redeploy without any issues.
