Academy ICT Senior Technician

(Oasis Academy Shirley Park, Croydon)

 

£20,655 – £23,149, (NJC Spinal Point 18 –22, Inner London)

 

Oasis Community Learning runs transformational Academies in many areas across the United Kingdom. A fantastic new position has been created within the ICT team working at one of our outstanding Academies.

 

We are currently recruiting for a proactive Senior ICT Technician to fill a full-time position, based at Oasis Academy Shirley Park, located in Croydon.

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of ICT systems to facilitate teaching, learning, administration and leadership at the Academy. As part of this role, the post holder will provide technical support in line with the Academy’s ICT support service definition and be involved in projects around mobile technology and Office365.

The successful applicant will have:

 

  • Demonstrable experience of working in IT Support Environment.
  • Previous staff management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical / Troubleshooting Skills
  • Experience of working with Microsoft technologies in a senior technical support capacity including Windows 7/8, Office 2010/2013, Outlook, Active Directory, Group Policy, TCPIP, DNS, DHCP

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to be part of a national IT team supporting 1800 students and teachers at 3 sites.
