ICT Consultant

We currently need a fantastic ICT Consultant in the Surrey area. The role will include travelling round to several schools providing 1^st/2^nd line support. You will be the first port of call for all your schools ICT needs. You will be working for a large growing company who currently support around 500 primary school across southern England. The company is expanding so there will be plenty of opportunities for career advancement. The company is friendly and award winning. They also have been BETT finalist for three years and are Microsoft authorized and SIMS accredited.

 

Your duties will include: resolving network problems, server failure, back up issues, managing the active directory, maintaining software updates, general PC, iPad and other PC equipment issues and ensuring LogMeIn and Centrastage are installed on computers where needed.

 

We are looking for someone with a mixture of these technologies; Windows server 2008 and 2012, HTM, Sims, vle, learning environment, community connect, cmis , whiteboard, smartboard, ruckus, desktop, SQL , server , VOIP , DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, windows 7, windows 8,IP and anti-virus.

 

You will be working closely with the Team Manager to update progress. We are ideally looking for someone with the following job titles, ICT consultant, IT consultant, ICT technician, IT technician, IT engineer, IT analyst, IT systems engineer, network technician, service engineer and field engineer.

 

In order to apply for this role it is essential you drive. The salary will be between £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience plus 45 pence per mile (petrol allowance). Ideally looking to start urgently/ Jan or Feb 2015.
