HERE Maps is still in beta, but you can now download it through the Google Play Store. Samsung's exclusivity period has run out.

Downloaded this today, I like it a lot! The only problem I have is that you can't add via points to your journey, which is the same as Google Maps. You can on the PC version of it, just not Android for some reason
