[sims] Discover attendance graphs over time

Hi everyone,

 

New to the forum and have only just started using Discover in my current role. I've just been trying to play around with the attendance graphs and cross referencing these with the whole school breakdown by year group.

 

I have been running a graph for 'attendance by session' and another for 'student totals by year group'. I have then added them together to get a % attendance by year group.

 

This works fine for our current year groups, but when we look at last years data (or 2 years ago) it misses off the year 11??

 

Is there anything we need to do in SIMs before running another data transfer. Can't see any settings in Discover to change dates etc?

 

Any help would be great.
