Port Forward through CLEO

Hey pretty new to the CLEO system and wanted to know how I port forward and incoming IP I have whitelisted it but the IP won't respond to anything

CLEO is a closed system, the only way in our out is via proxies. If you want to allow access to a web server you will require a reverse proxy that you will have to request via BT Lancashire.

If you're hosting a web server and only require Ports 80 and 443, you need to raise a Web Gateway Request.

 

For anything else (including if you needed 80,443 AND other ports), you need to raise a Port Open Request.
