Setting 'Alllow Proxies for shared networks' - Chromebooks in education

Hi all,

 

I have a slight problem where I have enrolled all of our Chromebooks however they cannot connect to the internet without the 'Allow Proxies for shared networks' option ticked. As we are a school there is no way around this and we have to have the proxy for filtering and security etc.

 

I have been on the Admin console and I cannot find an option for this to be implemented for all users and devices. So I added the Wifi details here under Network Settings for Devices and Users and I am still having no luck.

 

Can anyone help me otherwise it just seems a bit pointless buying the Chromebooks in the first place,
