IEP Writer problems (Valid date)

Hi,

We've just bought into IEP Writer (Learn How Publications) and we're discovering an issue.

When we click "Send to Word" we get prompted to safe the file, click save, it says "Sending printing to Word" and then we get an error coming up which says...

"IEP Writer v3: <13/10/2000> is not a valid date"

 

Any ideas?

I'd guess that its a region problem and that it is trying to interpret the date in american format as mm/dd/yyyy.

OK, I'd understand this, but it's set as British on all. Also, it seems to work on 2 XP machines. Is there any known issues with Windows 7 computers?

Bump - Anyone else have this issue?
