Hello all,

 

I have a quick question.

 

I have managed to map our staff home drives as they are all in one location.

 

However our students home drives are slightly different as follows.

 

Staff = \\qe-sr-c-fp1\users-staff\%username%\home

Students = \\qe-c-sr-fp1\users-students\y2011\%username\home OR \\qe-c-sr-fp1\users-students\y2012\%username\home OR \\qe-c-sr-fp1\users-students\y2013\%username\home OR \\qe-c-sr-fp1\users-students\y2014\%username\home

 

Is it possible to map these 4 locations as one drive using the percentages or not?

Alternatively, For anyone else who comes accross this post you are probably better off using %HOMESHARE%%HOMEPATH%

 

I recently had an issue with using %HOMEDIR% this, I think, is because homedir is a DOS thing. More environment variables here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Environment_variable)

%homedir% is an AD property, the UNC home directory path, HAP+ uses %homedir%, %homeshare% isn't supported in HAP+
