2D Design to VLS3.50 Print

Greetings all!

 

All of a sudden we've had a problem develop when you want to print from 2D Design to VLS3.5 in any size greater than A4. Our DT technician is trying to print a pattern on the laser cutter that is the length of an A2 page. When we select 'Print' and send it to the VLS printer, it wants to either spread it over four tiles or shrink to fit A4. I cannot seem to find a setting that will edit the size of the page to make it fit in the print software.

 

Could someone please enlighten me to what is missing, or do we think this could be a driver error all of a sudden?

Reinstall doesn't seem to work...

What paper sizes are being reported by the print driver?

 

Drawing layout in 2D Design set to size of bed?

He changes the size of the drawing to ISO A2 under 'Setup - Drawing - Layout', and when you go to print, there is not print size option, so you click ok, then you can either shrink to fit, or save on 4 tiles.
