LGFL Webscreen 2.0 issues

Anyone else in LGFL schools having problems with webscreen filtering? If we try to go to a restricted site such as YouTube we get the authentication login box - authenticate but still get blocked. Its like it doesn't recognise that the person is a member of staff. Close the browser and start it again and it will go straight into youtube. Happens in all browsers and to lots of different users.

 

Anyone else experiencing this?

Just tried:

 

Got the 'danger ahead', logged in, did the usual 5 second redirect then went straight to the website. Didn't have any problems.

I've had a case logged with them for about 6 weeks but nothing seems to be happening - sent screenshots and done reports.

I too have a case raised with them, I've had a response saying they are aware of a delay of around 30 seconds. Also the reports were delayed while they look in to it so that might be the same as what you guys are getting. I called the support number earlier and spoke to them asking for more info so might be worth calling?

LGFL has many issues with webscreen. I have logged a call where students are by passing the filtering and they recognized that it is a problem and they are working on it. I can not disclose the problem on the forum but I can tell you that all of you have the same issues. If students know how to bypass everything , they my be doing it already. No software needed.

With the danger ahead , we can not simply refresh the small Windows and stay logged in, we have to enter the username password again and again........... Welcome to LGFL world ....One system for everyone

apur32, our Head changed the option so we stay authenticated until the end of the school day. Might be worth that?
