Ricoh Aficio GX e3300N Sublimation Printer - Printing black lines on the page

Hi -

 

Please can someone help, I have a Sublimation printer that is printing black horizontal lines on the page evenly spaced. Any suggestions on what might be the problem?

Sounds like a blocked nozzle, run the head cleaning utlity a few times to see if it will clear.
