Hello All

We have had major problems opening serif and have been advised that all users should open all serif programs holding down CTRL which will reset local user settings.

Whilst this is a fix, our users can forget to do this and it causes problems in the classroom. This seems to relate to the 'user data' paths in the programs. I'm not entirely sure, the fix is holding CTRL but this isn't perfect for our students.

Does anybody have any guides/advice as I've rang support about this and i've not really got anywhere with them other than holding down CTRL.

We run Windows 7 clients on a Windows Server 2012 network.

Any help would be grateful.

Many Thanks Lee
