Technical Manager - Grange School, Hartford, Cheshire

The Grange School Hartford are seeking a Technical Manager who can support, manage and develop the schools infrastructure and networks

 

You will need experience of leading the provision of high quality technical support and will drive the further development of the school network within the education sector.

 

The Technical Manager will be responsible for managing a team delivering high quality technical support across two sites and will lead on the future development of the school network, ensuring that it is configured in the best way to support teaching and learning. The successful candidate will also need to have a strong technical background and have experience of network administration in either the education or commercial sector.

 

The Technical Manager will report to the Director of IT and E-learning and with your team you will help keep the schools IT Networks / Infrastructure as update as possible. The current IT infrastructure is a Microsoft environment so candidates will need to have experience of :

 

* Windows Server 2008 / 2012

* Active Directory

* Exchange 2010

* MS Office

 

Advantageous experience:

* MCSA

* MCSE

* ITIL

* Experience leading / managing IT projects and teams

* Sharepoint
